EVERY boy is different, EVERY girl is different. They will all flirt in different ways.
The trick is, watch how they behave with OTHER people, NOT you. Compare his behavior with other people vs his behavior with you and see if you can find any differences. The things that he does with you only are clues. Then use that info to determine which actions could be considered a flirt, and those are more likely to be flirts.

It depends on how old a guy is too. because if he younger than 15, maybe poking in the face is just their way of proving their immaturity. if they're 18, its the only way they can touch you without getting all never and showing it by playing around. Now if the guy is over 25, then he just needs to grow up.
