yea as i guy ive seen a few of these girls. i would have a friend tell him that you like him or ask him if he likes you. usually that personality type is well liked by all guys so i wouldn't worry. just if you do start going out with him don't flirt with anyone but him!I flirt...(boys please help but girls can too)?
Do not flirt with everyone. Then when you do flirt, the guy will know you like him.
I used to flirt a lot too. I would just say try spending more time around them, that way they will see that you are hanging around them more than any other; and should get the clue. I wouldn't stop flirting though, its too much fun ;)
the flirting in general kinda tells a guy you like him, so lay of it for a while only flirt with the guys you truly like
