how do 15-16 year old boys flirt with a girl?

theres this guy i like that my friends always say flirts with me but i'm not sure. he constantly talks to me, he took notes for me the other day while i made up a test, always smiles at me and makes eye contact, compliments me, and he like tries to get me to compliment him i think cuz i was talking to him and im like your'e eyes are realy blue, do you wear contacts? and he said no, they're naturally like that. and i waslike oh, they're pretty. and then like 1 or 2 mins later hes like wait, is it good that i have blue eyes and i was like yea i like them. i already said they were pretty and he's like oh you did? i guess i missed that. and he was asking me how i like his hair today and stuff. he is really nice and funny and i think hes kinda shy. but he also asks me for advice on what he should do with his girl problems. whether he shud ask out this girl or not. she likes ihm and he said he likes her so i was like do it. but i dont want himHow does a guy flirt?
first of all, if he is known for being outgoing then he would of asked you by now. if he is the really shy type, he has some interests in you and is just waiting. if he is somewhere in between, use your own judgement and ask his close friends about him. People flirt in different ways.

If he doesn't really explain about her then hes just trying to be subtle about it when the girl is really you and ask you when the time is right once you give the right signs.



what you can do is try asking him for a favor which is huge but also doable for him and if he really goes out of his way to do it then you'll know hes somewhat into you, but if you been friends for a long time then its hard to tell.



if all else fails just ask the guy if he likes you. if he says just as a friend, respond by saying and smiling ';just as i thought'; and/or ';same here'; and move on. if he says he likes you then give him a hug or something. hope it all works outHow does a guy flirt?
Yea he is definately flirting with you, and he is good too. Thats what I do, but a little more thourough.

Well, it usually depends on the guy. Some will be nice, and try to be funny, others will try to show off/make themselves look dominant in front of their friends/your friends, and others will literally do anything to get your attention. I think that he's trying to be funny, so you're good with that. But, he already likes another girl, so I think that you should let him go out with her, and then, if things don't work out, you should go out with him. For the time being, just stay friends.
It sounds like he likes you and enjoys your company and just being around you which is all good ,, it seems like alot of great, fun relationships start like this but then when each of you finds out the other likes you , it calms down a bit and seems a bit akward and you wish you would have stayed just friends and flirted ,, keep it going as long as you can , if hes the one it will all work out.
