I would save my efforts for someone who was interested. Your 'friend' really would be wasting her time flirting with someone who isn't interested.
i am having the same problem as your friend.i like him a lot but he already has a girlfriend.but i think the best way first is to be friends with him first n when you are ready make the move.that;s what i am trying now.

you dont flirt with them...no point - she'll end up looking a pratt!!..tell her to move on and flirt with somebody she does have a chance with!
