Hi there,

Well I have a friend called Emma and she wants to know how boys flirt with girls.

A boy winked at her one day and then laughed and she dosent know what to do when that happens.

She would also like some advice on boys and romance because there is a boy in her class called Jack and he keeps annoying her and talking to her alot (more than a normal boy would) but he also used to poke her all of the time, what does that mean in ';boy language'; ?

She asked him to a dance once but he said no.

What can she do because shes in a real tizzy now :)

Well- does she like him? Because he sure seems to like her! Maybe he said no to dancing because guys can really feel the pressure about those things, she needs to go at it more casually. A guy might like you, but if he senses that you are trying to be all ';commitment'; they will back out just because they are scared. I wish I could give advice on a more casual approach, however, I don't know how old Emma is, and what would be age appropriate.
So the first boy i think he just flirts with her

but means nothing by it cause i do that...

boys flirt with girls by complementing them. in my class theres a boy named joshua who sits behind me in math and a girl named maria who sits next to me. joshua is always flirting with maira, like calling her sexy or her outfits sexy (her outfits are sexy) once he even tried to kiss her, in the cafeteria but she smacked him across the face. but he still flirts with her. and he touches her butt and stuff so its weird.

oh yeah he also tries to touch those things. u no breasts.
1. Boys Try annoy you to get attention and some times the say cheesy thing like ''would you choose me or someone else'' there kinda dumb on the flirting side of things.

Well sara u can tell ur friend Emma that firstly when a boy winks at her and laughs just tell her to ignore it and act the bigger person walk away so it can make that person who winked at her feel like an idiot



secondly this boy Jack he either likes her or just wants to annoy her but i think mainly he like her!

and when your friend got turned down by him hes just trying to play hard to get ; he wants to know whether your friend likes him.

also what he is doing; the chasing but him turning her down is balancing out what hes doing so he doesnt come across needy or clingy.



Flirting:



when flirting with a boy first thing, eye contact!

keep looking at him but not like weird stares.

play around with his hair example [depends the state of his hair ; if good...] '' wow ur hair is so soft i try so many products but i cant get it like yours'' this is flirting also complimenting him, this way u can touch him and a good conversation goer



you can sit close to him

make him laugh

tell him intresting stories or facts

compliment him but not too much



say bad things about your self so he can look at you more

for example '' i swear down my hand are like so rocky-ish and rough i dont know what cream to use'' [ and look at your hands and show him then probably he will touch your hands - then as u and him are observing your hands touch his hand a little bit more since u and him have an excuse to touch each other]



offend but compliment!%26lt;

for example you can say [ and touch at the same time as its relevant and also an excuse!] '' i think some one is gettin a bit chubby! try some fruits lol '' but then u say '' nah im joking you have a nice body''

sleek - sly way to compliment him which equals to flirting!
