first off, you do not ';love'; him.



and to get him to notice you, make an effort to talk to him. just go up and say hi, ask what's up? etc., just make small talk at first and it can go from there. if he seems interested in you then you can continue trying to get to know him and be his friend, subtly flirt with him so he'll get the hint. if he doesn't seem interested in you whatsoever then just move on, you can't force anyone to fall for you.
