Just calm down and don't rush. It will come naturally. I'm the same way. Just slowly make yourself talk to guys, but just don't randomly go up to a guy that doesn't even know you exhist and start talking like, ';Hi, how are you doing?'; and stuff like that. Slowly get him to notice you, and then when you think he begins to notice you, just begin waving to him in the hallway at school or something. After about a week of that, just go up and introduce yourself or something. Just say, ';Hi! I've seen you in the hallways a lot and I just wanted to say hi.'; Then you'll get a conversation going. Just do your hair in a cute ponytail or something. Don't overdue it or anything, and just dress how you normally dress. A guy HATES when a girl tries to impress him, and ends up trying too hard by changing herself completely. About the first kiss, don't sweat it! Just follow what he's doing, and soon it'll just come natural to you. But don't kiss him randomly. Wait until you are on a date (like ice skating or something) and all of a sudden kiss him on the cheek. Guys LOVE spontanious girls like that. But if it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out. There are PLENTY of other guys out there.
