Im worried that what i did will put me in jail. How illegal is this?

um, ok, i've done something a little bit illegal. there's this girl i like, i mean really like. yeah, basically i love her. we go to the same college but i can never speak to her, i kind of stalk her instead.

i could never ever get her. i'm fat and ugly with a crap personality, and im not that bright either. she is absolutely beautiful (reminds me a bit of ariel form the little mermaid, when shes in human form of course), intelligent, funny, shes perfect. i see pretty boys flirt with her and her flirt back and it fills me with rage.

i'll never get her.

so instead, what i've done is something illegal. i followed her home secretly a couple of times to find out where she lived and gathered who she lives with etc. i heard her mention a few weeks ago that for her mums birthday her family were going for a meal.

i've gone on with myself for quite enough time now but basically i broke into her house and installed a secret camera in her room. and while i was in there i sniffed her underwear and stole a pair, and masturbated on her bed. the camera is linked to my computer and now i can watch her. this is as close as i can get.

she doesn't have a chance of finding out, but if she does how much trouble will i be in.Im worried that what i did will put me in jail. How illegal is this?
A LOT of trouble.

Breaking and entering, burglary, theft and illegal surveillance?

Depending on your state, %26amp; prior criminal record... I would bet you would be looking at 1 to 7 years worth of prison if discovered.

My advice is you need to back off and find something else to focus your attentions on. No good can come of this.Im worried that what i did will put me in jail. How illegal is this?
Fantasyland...It'll get you every time.
This sounds like BS to me, but you are one sick f*ck

troll
You are in a lot of trouble. My advice is to get that crap out even though that is a felony to go back into her house without consent. Then you need a lawyer because if anyone finds out you will go to jail. And don't talk about illegal activities on the internet, it just isn't smart.
If you're caught, you're looking at:

a) Criminal case - burglary (entry w/intent to commit a crime), stalking, criminal mischief. There may be specific criminal provisions in your state relating to voyeurism, and at least burglary (if not the other offenses) arises to a felony. Your crimes may also fit within a spectrum of offenses labeled as sex crimes. In many jurisdictions, sex crime convicts are subject to mandatory registration laws (The ';Megan Law';) and may also face local discrimination that remains legally iron clad.

b) civil - you will be sued for intentional infliction of emotional distress should your actions (and your obsession w/';Ariel';) become known. Theoretically, you can only be sued for damages - a monetary award amounting to what you've cost the victim. In practice, ';pain and suffering'; can widely inflate that figure. Also, in cases of egregiously bad conduct, you can also be sued for punitive damages - breaking into somebody's home and installing a camera would easily satisfy that standard of egrgious conduct.

c) social - you will become a pariah, stigmatized as a pervert. Nobody will give you a job, rent you a house. This will be a black mark against you forever, your entire life will become as foam on the sea';, just like the original Little Mermaid - not the Disney versuon.

';she doesn't have a chance of finding out';

No offense, but I find your lack of doubt most difficult to believe. People do get caught for this sort of thing - you have no faith in your people skills or your appearance, yet place a lot of faith in your technical acumen. On the contrary - you stand a good chance of being caught. Among other things, that camera is a clue to the crime, and you've left DNA evidence behind.

Best advice - you need to see a psychiatrist with whom to explore your many manifest issues. I know that suggestion has become tainted as an insult, but I sincerely suggest it for your own good. Get help now, this behavior can only hurt everybody, including ';Ariel';.

Ask yourself what your obsession is with her. Do you like her for yourself or just as a representation of the girl you'd have if you were the person you'd like to be. Many people acquire trophy friends only as a reflection of their high self-image. You are on the other end of the spectrum - acquiring targets who reflect what you are not: handsome, athletic, likable, personable. Ask yourself how you'd feel if those camera shots of her al-fresco were widely disseminated, and she was devastated, publicly humiliated. Would you feel sad for her? Would you care at all? Would you feel some kind of satisfaction that you knocked her down a peg or proved that she wasn't as inacessable as you;d been led to believe? Unless you can sincerely choose the 1st answer, you're in trouble - the other 2 belong only to creeps, while the 1st shows that you're not out of luck. If you really like this girl, or at least if you want to avoid a future as ';Steve the Skeeve';, you need to choose the 1st answer. If you really care about this girl, you''ll do the right thing and avoid hurting her.
a confession like that ! yeah, spells trouble for u,go to jail, u %26amp; she will be safer
I'm not sure.

Send me a link to your camera and I'll let you know in 2-3 months.
very illegal. you are trespassing, breaking and entering, burglary (since you stole a pair of her underwear), you are illegally putting surveillance equipment in her house. you are also stalking her. you could get a restraining order against you and some decent amount of jail time.
