You just have to smile a lot like everyone says. But most important, make her smile. Make eye contact often. Pick on her a little bit. Honestly, I have done a lot of listening to a girl's irrelevant stories while flirting too. Unless she isn't a girl of much class, don't say your hott. Tell her she is pretty.
