Ask him if he misses you and tell him the first thing you'd do if you could see him for a day. Don't say anything too creepy or desperate though.
talk to him late at night and just flirt with him on and off like depending on what he says, go with the flow. Like if he asks you whats up? say just got out of the shower or about to take a shower i tried this once on a guy i liked and he said ';we should shower together to conserve water ;)'; lol he was also laid back and funny. just keep it simple and do different things like that.
get drunk on msn to him, then you can say all you want. drunken minds speak sober hearts remember!
i image if he is really laid back, then just go ahead and ask him on msn if he feels anything for you... just plan and simple. and if not at least you still have a gd friend.
