How do you flirt with a boy when you're in eighth grade without it being weird?

I like a boy, we're in eighth grade, and I am terrible at flirting. Gimme some usable tips?

(Seriously though. Today I tried to flirt with him and ended up asking him what our math homework was... so I really need some suggestions.)How do you flirt with a boy when you're in eighth grade without it being weird?
Well, as a flirting eighth grader, you just have to seem like the girl next door who won't judge, make them feel like they are the funniest person you have ever met, don't get too personal, just act like a girl but think like a boy. Boys usually don't like the hard to get thing, so seem nice and helpful and boost his ego.How do you flirt with a boy when you're in eighth grade without it being weird?

For those of you less helpful... I understand your concern over me being in eighth grade, but I'm not talking about even dating the guy, just finding a way to talk to him that isn't completely awkward and weird.

just try 2 start a conversation with him something like if he was good at football say something like i heard u scored a touchdown yesterday but say it all sweetly and let him talk about himself and just be all cute and compliment wat he says
First of all, you should NOT be flirting.

Second, middle school years are the ';weirdest'; in general.
Oh oh I have this one! I remember my first love and how I made that happen. I (and he) called it, ';the look';. Basically no matter how you end up getting eye contact with him, hold onto it for a few seconds longer and keep a small smile with it. The sort of smile that's a half smile. Then walk/look away. He'll get the hint lady. Trust you me! Doe eyes and smiles all the way!
dont overdo it. Find out what hes into, and when he's close by start talking about it to a friend. He'll think its cool u like the same stuff as him. Make him laugh. Guys think its cool when a girl says something funny.
here try this, Hey man whats up, how was your last class. (k that's how i would start if i were you, its simple and easy to use, then you base your reply on what he says for example if he said something like. ';Oh, it was boring my teacher can go on and on and never stops talking.'; say something like, ';thats exactly what i think, I can talk to my friend all hour and since shes always yappin away she dosnt hear. do you do something like that?';

its like a normal conversation except, when im flirting i throw in some teasing and try and agree with what they say.

and the major thing is, to not go overboard and embarrass yourself. GOOD LUCK :)
lucky 4 u im an 8th grade boy idk if this`ll help though dont worry around him or something try talking with him first try to be friends and if u think u 2 seem like good friends or somthin ask him out if he says no then wait a while do wat girls do when they relax and then after a week or so ask him again but without so much desperation or some other big word alright hope that helps srry if i doesnt help
