Hmm. Well little subtle acts of flirting will help. Like for example smiling and making him laugh helps. I like it when she comes up to you, directly looks you in the eye and does something goofy. Goofy like drawing a smiley face on my arm, making obvious comments about my face and trying to make me dance.
